I enjoy your site! Is this man a prisoner? In this part of the USA prisoners usually wear orange clothing and are often used to pick up trash along the roadways. Your country looks so soft and green; I sure wish I were there today.sumstshi

neither. he was not a prisoner, he is the person responsible for roadway cleaning, but only in some specific street. and he was not alone, he worked in groups. they usually start work in the morning.
